Selection Procedure

  1. Permission from POEA.
  2. On Receipt of your requirement, we seek permission from Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA), to avoid possible in discrepancy.
  3. Advertising Following this, we advertise on nationwide basis, using the press (newspaper) and internet as medium.
  4. Interview & Trade Test. We shortlist the applicants and issue calls for interviews and trade test. We carry out trade test at accredited trade test centers, fully equipped with latest machinery and vital accessories. If our principal desire, we include them or their representatives in the interview panel. The trade tests are conducted under the invigilation of technical expertise.
  5. Introduction to Working Conditions. In order to update the personnel about the working conditions rules & regulations, climatic condition, Laws & jurisdiction of the country, we arrange exclusive and special session for the candidate. Lectures and important notes are delivered and information is offered.
  6. Medical Test & Inoculation. Changing climatic and geographical conditions around the world demand for constant health vigilance! we carry out strict medical check-ups at the laboratories, hospitals/medical centers approved by concerned country. After clearance inoculation is carried out. These preventive measures ensure maximum health and safety assurance of our manpower bureau.
  7. VISA Stamping. We are entirely responsible for the VISA stamping process till the collection of the passport from the Embassy. This is one of the many fool-proof steps aimed at restricting any type of mishap of fake documentation.
  8. Registration. The Registration of the selected personnel with Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) is our responsibility. Our staff and representative work dedicatedly with a spirit of national service and they are our pride assets.
  9. Reservation & Ticketing. We are in tie-up with a Ticketing Office. In fact, we are always in a better position to offer our services to our workers by faster, accurate and prompt reservation and in time dispatch with a professional touch.
  10. Follow-ups. Jean-Louise Modern Concepts & Services keeps a constant track record through database of the exported Manpower. We are always at hand to help. We are at the service of our country men. If any of the workers is deported, turns defaulter, or is engaged in any controversy with our principals, we never isolate or desert him at any cost.
